Fergus Wylie
Fergus Wylie is Executive Chairman of our European operations. Fergus has 20 years' experience advising corporations on communication issues both domestically and internationally. He has worked on numerous M&A deals and IPOs in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US. He has particular expertise working with the private equity industry and in the consumer sector.
Ken Cronin
Ken Cronin is our London CEO and Head of our Global Energy and Environment practice worldwide. Ken has more than 15 years' global experience in Finance, Investors Relations, Corporate Communications, Crisis and Restructurings from a number of companies in the nuclear, renewables, oil and gas and generation sectors.
Deborah Walter
Deborah Walter is Chief Operating Officer. Deborah has extensive experience in financial and corporate communications in the UK and across Europe, and has advised on numerous M&A transactions, IPOs and crisis situations. She has particular expertise in the energy and consumer sectors.
Byron Ousey
Byron Ousey is Managing Director of our Financial Services practice and leads our media relations advisory team, with 30 years' experience in international corporate & financial communications. A former journalist, he held a number of major in-house positions including Lloyds Bank, De Beers and Morgan Grenfell before joining Gavin Anderson. He has advised on a wide range of M&A transactions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Kate Hill
Kate Hill is Managing Director of our European Industrial Energy and Environment practice, providing corporate and financial communications advice to a variety of UK and cross-border clients, with a specific emphasis on media relations and strategic advice. Kate has over a decade's experience of managing in-house communications for FTSE-100 industrial, energy and engineering companies and began her career as a journalist.
Robert Speed
Robert Speed is Managing Director of our Consumer Industries, Real Estate & TMT practices and leads our sell-side analysts advisory team. He is a Fellow of the Securities Institute, and has more than 30 years' experience in Capital Markets, spanning equity research and M&A deal initiation, as a research analyst and sector head at leading brokerages in London and Frankfurt. He advises on M&A, PE, IPOs and crisis management.
Andrew Silverman
Andrew Silverman is a Director with expertise in Financial Services. He leads our Public Affairs advisory team, focusing on the delivery of integrated public policy and corporate communication campaigns across Gavin Anderson's global network of offices.
Charlotte Stone
Charlotte Stone is a Director with expertise in the Consumer Industries & Real Estate sectors. She focuses on Financial Communications, including traditional financial calendar work and transaction support for M&A and IPOs - primarily in the UK and Europe as well as selective cross border deals.
Candace Carpenter
Candace Carpenter is a Director with expertise in Financial Services. She advises on a wide range of corporate and financial communications issues, primarily in global debt capital markets, exchanges, institutional banking, private equity, renewable energy and restructuring advisory sectors.
Kirsten Molyneux
Kirsten Molyneux is a Director with expertise in Investor Relations. Kirsten specialises in targeting investors and conducting perception audits as well as undertaking peer group benchmarking to help companies better understand their positioning within the investing universe.
Lucia Langella-Rahn
Lucia Langella-Rahn is a Director with over 10 years' capital markets experience. She has a particular emphasis on Investor Relations and Financial Communications. Lucia develops and implements tactical and strategic IR initiatives for her clients and advises on industry trends and regulations. Lucia started her career as an author and a journalist in Rome and New York.
Jeremy Walker
Jeremy Walker is our Finance Director. Since qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant he has held a number of senior management positions within WPP and Omnicom Group. He is Head of the Finance, Information Technology and the Human Resources divisions at Gavin Anderson.
